What does your company do?

Mainly Fitness, Mindset and Physical Training.

How’s pandemic been for you - what’s yours last 12 month story?

For the 1st 8 months I was struggling to find my footing in the fitness industry as I was just starting out a dance fitness studio after being in Medical Sales and Marketing for more than 15years Then MCO started. I can't have physical class anymore. I was not tech or social network savvy and starting from scratch since May 2020. I kept on learning and learning but there was no practicality to move forward. I did suffer burnt out in Oct'2020 cos I tried to make ends meet financially and it was tough. At that point I stop social media and took step to reset my goals and shifted my plans. I signed up for T.E.A.C.H The Trainer Program and using my knowledge that I learn in LinkedIn started planning to refocus on my passion in Fitness by Feb'21. Now running 2nd Batch of Students in my 14 days Reshaping U Challenge. I would want to increase my clients as currently I have only 26 clients

How are empowering yourself with LinkedIn?

Increase my momentum of posting at least 3 times a week and get at least 50 new clients per month.

Why did you rebound to LinkedIn?

Attended Khushboo class that it is not a platform to look for jobs only and learning that the algorithm for Linkedin is so much different than FB and more professional.

My awesome moment was getting noticed and truly appreciate people connected with me to help them change their physical fitness and also improves their mindset and getting their wonderful feedback is so amazing.

I left my Linkedin for many years. Was a desert town LinkedIn. Never thought of using Linkedin as my social platform.

Your AHA moment on the Killing it on Linkedin Workshop?

Forcing myself to change my profile and work on it immediately. That was an eye opener and action taking for my part.

A learning that you would like to share with everyone?

Yes of course.

What do you love doing on weekends?

Reading and spending time with my parents.
